We gladly accept returns or exchanges of ONLY unused full price merchandise, within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products & share them within 24 hours of delivery.
Products purchased during sale are non returnable & non exchangeable.
If the product is missing or if the product received is either damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact customercare@inc5shoes.com within 24 hours of delivery and the pick-up/delivery of the products will be taken care of by Inc.5 shoes.
