Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of ONLY unused non discounted products, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Incase of exchange/return for full priced items either of the service can be availed once. 


Products purchased during sale are non returnable & can only be opted for exchange. In cases where the size is not available the customer can exchange from their nearest Inc.5 store for different products once confirmed with us on email. Please ensure the exchange is notified and confirmed via customer support for smooth experience.
 

Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products & share them within 24 hours of delivery with us on customercare@inc5shoes.com or on WhatsApp +91 915264 6417

Your refund will be initiated within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that items which are used, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise ineligible for return will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you.
