Refund policy

We gladly accept returns of ONLY unused non discounted products, within 7 days from the date of delivery. Incase of exchange/return for full priced items either of the service can be availed once. 

Products purchased on discount are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please ensure you record a video of unboxing your package to claim any manufacturing defects or missing products & share them within 24 hours of delivery with us on customercare@inc5shoes.com

Your refund will be initiated within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Please note that items which are used, incorrect, damaged, or otherwise ineligible for return will not qualify for a refund and will be sent back to you.

Please note that we cannot offer exchanges/returns on any used products.

Incase your order meets the exchange requirements, it can be availed only once for any order. 

We offer a 60-day repair window for defective products or issues reported, from the date of delivery. Please note, all repair requests are subject to evaluation and final approval by the brand.

At Inc.5, we take pride in delivering well-crafted footwear made from thoroughly tested materials. While we aim to maintain the highest standards, we understand that product concerns may occasionally occur.

To address this, we offer a repair policy designed to assist our customers. Please note that this does not apply to damages caused by regular use — such as fading, scuff marks, or surface scratches — or by unforeseen situations like spills, accidental impact, or exposure to harsh conditions.

As with any product, some natural wear is expected over time. While we stand behind the quality of our footwear, Inc.5 cannot be held liable for deterioration due to prolonged usage or accidental damage beyond our control.

1. Additional offer applicable on products of Inc5, Privo by INC5 & Atesber by INC.5 only
2. No returns will be accepted for sale products, only exchange is possible on the basis of conditions mentioned above.
3. No size exchanges will be initiated if the request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

Convenience Fee Policy

To ensure smooth processing of all orders, a nominal non-refundable convenience fee will apply as per the order value:

For the Black Friday Sale period, a flat convenience fee of ₹99 will apply regardless of the order value.

All Black Friday purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

For non sale events,

Orders below ₹1000:

  • COD available
  • 5% off on prepaid orders
  • Convenience Fee: ₹100/- ( Non refundable )

Orders between ₹1001 – ₹3500:

  • Convenience Fee: ₹75/- ( Non refundable )
  • COD available
  • 5% off on prepaid orders

Orders above ₹3501:

  • Convenience Fee: 50Rs -  ( Non refundable )
  • NO COD
  • 5% off on prepaid orders

Please note: The convenience fee is non-refundable except in cases of wrong style, damaged item, or cancelled order.

If your entire order is cancelled, the convenience fee will be fully refunded. However, in cases of partial order delivery, the convenience fee will remain non-refundable.
